Privacy Policy

How Innosate Software Private Limited collects, uses and protects your information on Trakor.

Effective from 1 August 2026

1. Introduction

Innosate Software Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the Trakor platform available at https://dc.innosate.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, mobile number, email address, organisation name, GSTIN and billing address supplied at sign-up or in settings.

Business data: products, customers and vendors (ledgers), invoices, proformas, delivery challans, QR codes, payments, leads and related documents you create in the platform.

Field-force data: where your organisation enables the Sales CRM app, we collect attendance punches, visit check-ins, trip routes and background GPS location of the logged-in sales user during working hours, with device permission.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps, and error logs used to secure and improve the service.

Payment data: transactions are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We receive only the transaction status, amount and reference id. We never store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV or net-banking credentials.

3. How we use information

To provide, operate and maintain the platform and the features your organisation subscribes to.

To process wallet recharges, subscriptions, add-ons and to issue invoices and receipts.

To send transactional communication over email, WhatsApp and push notifications — order, payment, reminder and lead updates.

To provide customer support, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform — cloud hosting, payment gateway, email (SMTP) and WhatsApp Business API providers, and SMS/push delivery partners — strictly to perform these services.

We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a lawful request by a public authority.

We do not sell or rent your personal information or your customers' data to any third party.

5. Data ownership and retention

Data you enter belongs to your organisation. We store it for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required under applicable tax, accounting and legal rules. Uploaded media in the media library is auto-purged after 30 days.

On written request from an organisation administrator we will delete or export your organisation's data, subject to records we must retain by law.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls so that each organisation can access only its own records. Access is role-based. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as offline POS cache. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal information by writing to mitesh@innosate.com. You may also withdraw consent for location tracking by disabling the permission on your device, which will limit CRM field features.

9. Children

The platform is a business tool and is not directed to persons under 18 years of age.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For any privacy question contact mitesh@innosate.com or +91 97412 66370.
