Terms & Conditions
The terms of use for the Trakor platform, including credits, subscriptions and acceptable use.
Effective from 1 August 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Trakor platform operated by Innosate Software Private Limited. By registering, subscribing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users your organisation administrator creates.
New organisation registrations may require verification and approval before access is granted.
3. Service description
The platform provides inventory and QR traceability, billing (proforma, invoice, delivery challan, purchase), POS, ledgers, a Sales CRM with field tracking, WhatsApp and email automation, storefront/enquiry websites and related tools. Features available to you depend on your wallet balance, subscription and enabled add-ons.
4. Credits, subscriptions and pricing
The platform runs on a prepaid credit wallet. Credits are consumed per action — for example document creation, QR label template creation, messaging and add-on usage — at the rates shown in your account at the time of use.
Sales CRM and other add-ons are subscription based with seat limits and validity. Plan changes are charged on a pro-rata basis against your wallet.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may revise pricing with prior notice on the platform.
If your wallet balance reaches zero, credit-consuming actions such as QR generation are blocked until you recharge.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the platform to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to store or transmit malicious code, to infringe intellectual property, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell access without a written reseller agreement.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before sending them WhatsApp or email communication through the platform and for complying with WhatsApp Business and applicable telecom rules.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload such data.
7. Third-party services
The platform integrates payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API providers, SMTP/email providers and mapping services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, and we are not liable for their availability or acts.
8. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control may cause interruption. Support is provided over email and WhatsApp during business hours.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time; unused credits are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
